The process is straightforward and it takes no more than a few seconds to schedule your emails either on your computer or through your Android / iOS device. You should consider that Gmail allows you up to 100 scheduled emails.

Steps for computer users:

1. Go to Gmail.

2. In the upper left, click Compose.

3. Compose your email.

5. Click Schedule Send.

1. Open the Gmail app.

2. At the bottom right, tap Compose.

3. Compose your email.

How do I cancel or change scheduled emails in Gmail?

View or change scheduled emails

1. Go to Gmail on your computer.

2. In the left pane, click Scheduled.

3. Select the email you want to change.

4th At the top right of your email, click Cancel Send.

5. Make your changes.

6th In the lower left of “Send”, click the drop-down arrow.

7th Click Schedule Send and choose a new date and time.

3. Select the email you want to cancel.
